| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨经尿道双极等离子体电切前列腺增生的疗效。方法 采用英国佳乐（Gyrus）双极等离子体电切前列腺40例，术后随访2个月～1年，比较术前、术后排尿症状、最大尿流率（Qmax）和国际前列腺症状评分（IPSS）等的变化。结果 手术时间30～110 min，术中出血量20～180 ml，无一例输血，无电切综合征发生。术后2个月最大尿流率由术前的（7.5±3.1）ml/s升至（18.9±2.1）ml/s；残余尿量（RU）由术前的（85.8±32.2）ml降至(17.3±13.0)ml；国际前列腺症状评分（IPSS）由术前（23.8±4.2）分降至(4.9±3.2)分；生活质量评分（QOL）由术前（5.8±1.9）分降至(1.7±0.6)分。结论 经尿道等离子体电切术治疗前列腺增生安全有效、出血少、并发症少，很有推广应用价值。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To evaluate the curative effect of transurethral plasma kinetic resection of prostate (PKRP) in the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia. Methods Forty patients with prostatic hyperplasia were treated by PKRP with Gyrus made in English and had been followed-up from 2 to 12 months. The changes of voiding symptoms, maximum urinary flow rate (Qmax)，international prostate symptom score (IPSS)，residual urine volume(RUV) and quality of life score(QOL) were compared between pre-operation and post-operation.Results The operation time of PKRP was 30～110 minutes, the mean volume of blood loss was 20～180 ml.There was no case of blood transfusion and no transurethral prostate resection syndrome occurred. Qmax of post-operation increased from 7.5±3.1 ml/s to 18.9±2.1 ml/s after two months, RUV decreased from 85.8±32.2 ml to 17.3±13.0 ml, IPSS decreased from 23.8±4.2 to 4.9±3.2, QOL decreased from 5.8±1.9 to 1.7±0.6. Conclusion PKRP for treatment of prostatic hyperplasia is effeetive, safe, less bleeding and complications, and it had application value of spreading. |
