| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨山区农民高血脂与脑梗塞的关系。方法 选择146例山区农民脑梗塞病例，69例城区或干部脑梗塞病例及148例健康者作对照组。测定血清总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三脂（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）的变化，并进行比较。结果 脑梗塞组山区居民、干部或城区居民血清TC、TG和LDL-C均较对照组增高(P<0.05)，高血脂（TC、TG）检出率差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），而两者与对照组的高血脂检出率之间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 山区农村居民脑梗塞与高血脂也有密切关系。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the correlation of the hyperlipemia with cerebral infarction in country dweller and compare patients of country dweller with the city citizen.Methods One hundred and forty-six cases of cerebral infarction of country dweller, 79 cases cerebral infarction of city citizen, and 148 cases of non-cardiocerebral vascular discase（ control group） were collected, their blood lipid data were analyzed. Results TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C levels of patients with cerebral infarction both in country dweller and city citizen were obviously higher than those of the control group（P<0.05）, while the detection rate of the hyperlipoidemia was no significant difference between the country dweller groups and citizen group（P>0.05）, but there has a obvious difference between the two research groups compareed with the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion There also have a close relationship between the hyperlipoidemia and the cerebral infarction in country dweller. |
