[摘要] 目的 探讨亚低温对心肺复苏大鼠大脑不同脑区内NMDAR1表达的影响。方法 建立心肺复苏大鼠动物模型,应用原位杂交方法观察亚低温对心肺复苏大鼠大脑顶叶皮层、颞叶皮层、海马神经元内NMDAR1表达的变化。结果 亚低温组大鼠大脑顶叶皮层、颞叶皮层、海马神经元内NMDAR1受体表达量明显低于对照组,差异有统计学极显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论 亚低温能够减轻心肺复苏后脑水肿,其机制可能为:亚低温通过减少NMDAR1的表达,降低阳离子通道通透性的作用,而减轻脑水肿的形成,起到治疗心肺复苏后脑水肿的作用。 |

[Abstract] Objective To discuss the effect of mild hypothermia on expression of NMDAR1 in rats′ different cerebral tissue after cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Methods Model of CPR rats were found, and expression effect of mild hypothermia of NMDAR1 after CPR rats′ different cerebral tissue were observed by immunohistochenistry. Results After CPR NMDAR1 expression in rats′cerebral different tissue in mild hypothermia group was lower significantly than that in control group and had marked difference (P<0.01). Conclusion Mild hypothermia can decrease the expression of NMDAR1, decrease postive ion concentrition and thus decrease the cerebral edema, so mild hypothermia can treat cerebral edema after CPR. |
