[摘要] 目的 探讨高血压合并2型糖尿病(hypertensive patient complicated with type2 diabetes mellitus,EH+T2DM)且有心率变异(heart rate variability,HRV)异常的患者,接受常规降压、降糖药物治疗及个体化运动处方后HRV变化的情况。方法 运动处方一为每日运动一次,15 min/次;运动处方二为隔日运动一次,30 min/次。运动量为靶心率≈{(60%~70%)×[(220~170)-实际年龄)]}次/分。30例符合研究对象患者随机分为三组,均接受常规药物治疗, 其中A组接受运动处方一治疗,B组接受运动处方二治疗,C组不接受运动处方治疗。结果 三组患者治疗三个月后HRV均有改善。治疗前后对比A、B组HRV改变有统计学意义(P<0.05),而C组HRV改变无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A、B两组间HRV差异比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 常规降压、降糖药物对改善HRV作用不明显,个体化运动处方对改善HRV有较显著的作用。 |

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the changes of heart rate variability (HRV) in hypertensive patient complicated with type2 diabetes mellitus (EH + T2DM) after accepting treatment of conventional drug and exercise prescription.Methods One of exercise prescription was 15 minutes movement daily; the other exercise prescription was 30 minutes once every two days.Exercise target heart rate approximately equal to {(60%~70%)×[(220~170)-actual age)]} times/min. The 30 patients with abnormal HRV were divided into three groups,all were accepted conventional drug treatment. In addition, Group A accepted exercise prescription 1, Group B accepted exercise prescription 2, and group C did not accept the exercise prescription.Results All abnormal HRV in these patients were all improved.Compared the results before treatment with those after treatment, the changes in HRV in group A and B were significant(P<0.05), while that in the group C were not significant(P>0.05). The changes in HRV between group A and B were no significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Conventional medical treatment can not obviously improve abnormal HRV in (EH + T2DM) patients; Moreover, the improvement will be more obvious while conventional drug therapy combined with exercise prescription were applied. |
