| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨椅旁快速消毒牙胶尖的方法及临床效果，提高医师工作疗效及治疗质量。方法 分别采用2%碘伏、3%过氧化氢和2.5%次氯酸钠消毒剂对牙胶尖进行消毒，观察三者的消毒效果，并与正常对照组进行对照。结果 2%碘伏、3%过氧化氢和2.5%次氯酸钠消毒剂浸泡消毒4 min后, 细菌培养阳性率分别为1.7%、0.8%和3.3%, 与正常对照组比较, 差异有统计学极显著意义(P<0.01)。消毒后的牙胶尖在诊室中暴露12、24、48 h后细菌培养结果阳性率分别2.5%, 5.8%, 9.1%。 结论 2%碘伏、3%过氧化氢、2.5%次氯酸钠均可以作为牙胶尖快速消毒的消毒剂，消毒后的牙胶尖可持续使用至48 h。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To approch the method and effect of rapid disinfection of gutta percha points, in order to improve the therapeutic effect and quality. Methods Gutta percha points were disinfected respectively by three disinfectants: 2%iodophors, 3%H2O2, 2.5% chlorinated soda. Results Gutta percha points were respectively soaked in three disinfectants for 4 minutes. The germiculture results of three groups of gutta percha points were 7%、 0.8%、 3.3%. The rate of masccline were significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.01). After exposured in the consulting room for 12 h, 24 h, 48 h, the rate of masccline of germiculture results of gutta percha points which were disinfected were 2.5%, 5.8%, 9.1%. Conclusion 2%iodophors, 3%H2O2, 2.5% chlorinated soda can all be used as a rapid disinfectant of gutta percha points. The gutta percha points can be used within 48 h after being disinfected by the three disinfectants. |
