| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨无瘤技术在腹腔镜大肠癌根治术中的应用价值。方法 分析34例大肠癌患者实施腹腔镜下大肠癌根治术的临床效果，提出遵循无瘤技术及肿瘤根治术原则。结果 34例（100%）均完成腹腔镜下肿瘤根治术。手术时间为138～246 min,平均为184 min。随访3～24个月，5例（14.7%）复发或转移，均未发现有穿刺鞘部位种植。结论 腹腔镜下大肠癌根治术中只要严格遵循无瘤技术的原则，可取得与开放手术相同的近期疗效。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the value of the tumor-free technique in laparoscopic colorectal radical resection.Methods The data of 34 cases with colorectal cancer underwent laparoscopic radical resection with tumor-free technique were retrospectively analyzed.Results All the cases (100%)had laparoscopic radical resection successfully. The operation time was 138～246 min, mean 184 min. The trocar site seeding had not been seen, only 5(14.7%) had recurrence or metastasis during a follow-up period of 3 to 24 months.Conclusion The short-term effect of laparoscopic radical resection with tumor-free technique is equal to that of the ordinary open operation. |
