| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨64排螺旋CT冠脉成像诊断冠心病的应用价值。方法 对54例临床怀疑冠心病的患者先后进行64排螺旋CT冠脉成像和常规冠状动脉造影检查，对图像进行对比分析。结果 以常规冠状动脉造影为标准，64排螺旋CT冠脉造影诊断冠状动脉狭窄敏感性为96.1%，特异性为94.2%。结论 64排螺旋CT冠脉成像能较好显示冠脉病变情况，可作为冠脉病变的一种筛查手段，可指导临床诊断和治疗。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To assess the value of 64-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of coronary artery disease.Methods Fifty-four patients with suspected coronary disease were received 64-slice spiral CT coronary artery imaging and conventional coronary angiography.Results Set the results of conventional coronary angiography as criteria，the sensitivity and specificity of 64-slice spiral CT coronary artery imaging for the diagnosis of coronary artery were 96.1% and 94.2% respectively.Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT coronary artery imaging has higher accuracy for the diagnoses of coronary artery disease.It may work as a noninvasive approach for the examination of coronary artery disease and instruct the diagnosis and therapy of coronary artery disease. |
