| ［摘要］ 目的 观察腰椎减压360°环状融合内固定术治疗腰椎滑脱的治疗效果。方法 对32名腰椎滑脱患者行环状融合内固定术的治疗效果进行回顾分析。结果 360°环状融合内固定术患者随诊1～2年，取得了满意的疗效，恢复率为78%。结论 360°环状融合内固定能提高植骨融合率及减轻术后下肢疼痛的症状。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of lumbar decompression 360°circumferential fusion internal fixation for lumbar spondylolisthesis.Methods The restospective analysis of 32 patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis treeted by circumferential fusion internal fixation were performed.Results The patients by 360°circumferential fusion internal fixation were followed-up for 1～2 years, and the curative effect was satisfactory and the recovery rate was 78%.Conclusion 360°circumferential fusion internal fixation can raise bone graft fusion rate and degrade postoperation lower back pain rate. |
