| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨心导管检查术对先天性心脏病明确诊断的临床价值。方法 经心脏超声诊断为先天性心脏病的患者216例，行左、右心导管检查术。结果 216例诊断为法乐氏四联征、法乐氏五联征组共73例，复杂性先心21例，动脉导管未闭、室间隔缺损、房间隔缺损、肺动脉狭窄共122例。结论 心导管检查术是明确诊断先天性心脏病的性质、部位及程度的可靠方法，对提供手术适应证及制定手术方式有较好的参考价值。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To discuss the role of catheterization examination in diagnosis of congenital heart disease.Methods The right and left catheterization were pertormed in 216 patients with congenital heart disease diagnosed by echocardiography.Results The tetralog of Fallot were confirmed in 73 patients;complicated congenital heart disease in 21 patients, and simple congenital heart disease including patent ductus arteriosus, ventricular septal defect, atrial septal defect and pulmonary valve stenosis in 122 patients.Conclusion Cardiac catheterization is an important and indispensable tool in diagnosis of congenital heart disease, it is useful in understanding the lesion nature, the location and degree of the heart malformations. Furthermore, it is helpful in determining the operability and surgical technology. |
