炎症调控介质-脂氧素的研究进展

摘要:
[摘要] 脂氧素是花生四烯酸的一种脂氧化酶代谢物,近年来研究发现脂氧素对多种炎性细胞的功能和多种炎症相关基因的表达有广泛的调节作用,能促进炎症反应的及时消退,是机体内一种重要的内源性脂质抗炎介质,是炎症消退机制研究中的热点,有可能以此开发出一类新药,具有良好的临床应用前景。

Lipoxins: An update on endogenous regulators of inflammation

Abstract:
[Abstract] Lipoxins are a class of eicosanoid that possesses a wide spectrum of antiinflammatory and proresolution bioactivities that include inhibition of leukocyte-mediated injury, stimulation of macrophage clearance of apoptotic neutrophils, repression of proinflammatory cytokine production, modulation of cytokine-stimulated metalloproteinase activity, and inhibition of cell proliferation and migration. These data suggest that lipoxins may be considered as promising therapeutic approaches to many inflammatory diseases.
