重度子痫前期发病时间与孕妇及新生儿甲状腺功能的相关性研究

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 研究子痫前期孕妇的甲状腺功能变化及对胎儿发育的影响。方法 采用病例对照研究方法,检测子痫前期(pre-eclamptic,PE)患者及新生儿促甲状腺激素(TSH)、总甲状腺素(TT4)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、总三碘甲腺原氨酸(TT3)、游离三碘甲腺原氨酸(FT3)水平,入院时采用B超检测胎儿发育状况,进行胎儿生物物理4项评分(BPS)。结果 早发PE、晚发PE患者TSH水平均有显著性升高,胎儿BPS分值均显著性降低,早发PE患者FT3、FT4水平降低,晚发PE患者仅FT4水平降低。早发PE组新生儿各项激素水平均低于对照组。结论 子痫前期伴有甲状腺功能改变者,对胎儿发育会产生不利影响。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To study maternal and neonatal thyroid hormonal status in pre-eclampsia.Methods Maternal and neonatal thyroid hormonal status including thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH), total thyroxin(TT4), free thyroxin(FT4), total triiodothyronine(TT3), free triiodothyronine(FT3) were tested and biophysical profile score(BPS) was performed at the time of admission.Results TSH level was significantly increased in early-onset and late-onset pre-eclampsia with BPS significantly decreased. FT3 and FT4 level were significantly decreased in early-onset pre-eclampsia. Neonatal thyroid hormonal level was decreased in early-onset pre-eclampsia.Conclusion Thyroid hormonal status of pregnancy with pre-eclampsia is abnormal and it has adverse effects on the development of the fetus.
