| ［摘要］ 目的 观察重组人干扰素α-2b局部注射联合口服伐昔洛韦对生殖器疱疹复发的预防作用。方法 实验组采用重组人干扰素α-2b局部注射联合口服伐昔洛韦治疗生殖器疱疹，对照组单独采用口服伐昔洛韦治疗，比较两者的临床复发率。结果 治疗后观察1年内复发次数，实验组明显低于对照组，两组复发率相比差异具有统计学极显著意义（P<0.01）。结论 重组人干扰素α-2b局部注射，可显著降低生殖器疱疹复发率。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To observe the effect of local injection of recombinant human interferon α-2b combined with oral valaciclovir for the prevention of recurrence of genital herpes. Methods The experimental group was treated with local injection of recombinant human interferon α-2b combined with oral valaciclovir in the treatment of genital herpes, and the control group was treated with oral valaciclovir, and all patients were followed up within 1 year after treatment, the clinical relapse rate was compared. Results The relapse number within one treatment after year in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The relapse rate between two groups were significant difference (P<0.01). Conclusion Local injection of recombinant human interferon α-2b can significantly reduce the relapse rate of genital herpes. |
