| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨儿童挫伤性前房积血的治疗和预后。方法 回顾性分析76例（76眼）儿童挫伤性前房积血临床资料。结果 儿童挫伤性前房积血2～5 d全部吸收者56例，7 d前房积血吸收者71例。出院视力0.3以上者70例。结论 儿童挫伤性前房积血要针对其特点进行处理，时间越早效果越好。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To evaluate the treatment and prognosis of children with traumatic hyphema.Methods The clinical data of 76 children with traumatic hyphema were retrospectively analyzed.Results Of 76 children with traumatic hyphema the hyphema in 56 children were absorbed within 2～5 days; the hyphema in 71 children were absorbed within 7 days. Visual acuity at discharged was than 0.3 in 70 children.Conclusion Children with traumatic hyphema should be treated according to its own characteristics for better results. |
