| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨气管切开患者的两种气道湿化方法（间断湿化法和持续湿化法）的效果。方法 对50例气管切开患者随机分成两组，对照组用间断湿化法，观察组用持续湿化法。对两种湿化方法的刺激性咳嗽、肺部感染、支气管水肿三个方面进行比较。结果 持续湿化法优于间断湿化法，两组间差异有统计学显著意义（P<0.05）。结论 持续湿化法效果好，方法简单，节省人力，值得推广应用。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To probe into two ways of airway humidifying-discontinuous airway humidification and continuous airway humidification, in patients undergone tracheotomy.Methods Fifty patients with tracheotomy were randomized into two groups. The control group received discontinuous airway humidification, and the observation group received continuous airway humidification. The rates of irritable cough,pulmonary infection and bronchoedema in both groups were compared. Results Continuous airway humidification is superior to discontinuous airway humidification, and there were significant differences between two groups （P<0.05）. Conclusion Continuous airway humidification is effective, simple, and good for saving manpower, therefore, it′s worthy of promotion and application. |
