| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨急诊经皮冠状动脉植入（PCI）支架前后应用替罗非班抗栓治疗观察和护理要点。方法 对117例急性心肌梗死（AMI）行急诊经皮冠状动脉植入支架前后应用替罗非班抗栓治疗患者实施心理护理、用药护理、病情观察和加强术后护理等。结果 117例AMI患者在行PCI中，均无急性冠状动脉血栓形成，仅3例出现泌尿系出血，12例患者发生股动脉穿刺部位的渗血和皮下淤斑，经妥善处理后局部渗血自行吸收。结论 通过实施有效护理和密切观察病情变化，及时发现并处理并发症，特别是监测有无潜在的出血，可使治疗顺利进行，提高对AMI患者的抢救成功率。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To discuss the points of observation and nursing of the patients treated of the antithrombotic therapy with tirofiban before and after the immediate percutaneous coronary intervention.Methods A total of 117 patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) treated with antithrombotic therapy with tirofiban before and after the immediate percutaneous coronary intervention were selected.All of the patients were given psychological care,medicine nursing,careful observation of the condition and careful post-operative care.Results No acute coronary thrombosis was found in all the 117 patients in the process of percutaneous coronary intervention.Only 3 of 117 patients suffered urinary tract bleeding;12 of 117 patients suffered femoral artery oozing and subcutaneous ecchymosis,and all of the patients with subcutaneous ecchymosis were cured after properly treated.Conclusion The success rate of rescue of AMI can be improved and the treatment can be performed smoothly by effective nursing,careful observating of the condition,detecting and dealing with complications immediately,especially monitoring of the risk of potential bleeding. |
