[摘要] 目的 观察电针刺激“足三里”和“内关”对脑梗死大鼠神经运动功能及脑组织病理状态的影响,进一步探讨电针对脑梗死大鼠的疗效机制。方法 将60只健康雄性SD大鼠,随机分为假手术组、针刺组和非针刺组三组,每组再随机分为1 d、7 d和14 d三个亚组;用改进的Longa线栓法制备脑梗死大鼠模型;针刺组电针刺激“足三里”和“内关”治疗,20 min/(次·天);余两组在同一时间捆绑,不进行针刺治疗。采用NSS评分和平衡试验评分来评价神经功能缺损情况;HE染色观察大鼠脑组织病理学变化情况。结果 1 d时大鼠神经功能与平衡试验评分针刺组和非针刺组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);7 d和14 d时针刺组大鼠的评分均低于非针刺组(P<0.05);HE染色,1 d时针刺组梗死边缘区神经细胞形态的缺血性损伤较非针刺组轻;7 d和14 d时针刺组明显好于非针刺组。结论 电针刺激“足三里”和“内关”能够明显改善脑梗死大鼠脑损伤区组织病理学,促进脑梗死大鼠神经功能缺失症状恢复。 |

[Abstract] Objective To observe the effects of eletro-acupuncture stimulation of Zusanli and Neiguan acupoints on neurological motor function and cerebral histopathology of rats with cerebral infraction,thereby to intensively investigate the mechanism of electro-acupuncture on cerebral infarction rats.Methods Sixty SD healthy adult male rats were divided randomly into three groups: sham operation group, acupuncture group and non-acupuncture group. Each group was randomly divided into 3 subgroups (1-day subgroup, 7-day subgroup and 14-day subgroup). Model of cerebral infarction on rats of acupuncture group and non-acupuncture group was made by the thread embolism method.The rats of acupuncture group were given electro-acupuncture treatment 20 minutes each day on the acupoints of Zusanli (ST36) and Neiguan (PC6), while the rats of rest group were just fixed. The neurological function and balance test were examined at 1st day, 7st day and 14st day on all rats and detected the changes of the histopathology of injury area by hematoxylin-eosin staining.Results The data showed no obvious difference among 3 groups after 1d (P>0.05);Comparing with non-acupuncture group, both the scores of neurological function and balance test of rats in acupuncture group were lower (P<0.05) at 7st day and 14st day; Results from light microscopy observation showed that the damage neurons of penumbrazone in group the acupuncture were lighter than non-acupuncture group1 at day after acupuncture and there was significantly better than non-acupuncture group at 7st day and 14st day.Conclusion It was suggested that eletro-acupuncture stimulation of Zusanli and Neiguan acupoints could improve the neurological deficits and cerebral histopathology after cerebral infarction. |
