| ［摘要］ 目的 为了进一步探讨气功所致分裂样障碍和反应性分裂样障碍的临床特点，有利于这两种精神障碍今后诊断、鉴别诊断和治疗。 方法 对20年住院治疗的26例气功所致分裂样障碍（气功组）和59例反应性分裂样障碍（反应性组）的临床特点进行对照分析。 结果 发现两组疾病均由精神因素引起，发病与精神因素、不良性格、家族史有关，均可出现精神分裂症任何症状，其精神症状内容与各自的精神因素有关，治疗方案相同、疗效好、预后好；不同的地方是气功组出现幻视、幻听、被控制感、物理影响妄想和行为紊乱等症状明显多于反应性组。 结论 气功所致分裂样障碍和反应性分裂样障碍是两组病因、症状和治疗方法基本相似的疾病。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To determine the clinical characteristics of schizoid disorder due to deep breath exercise and reactive schizoid disorder, provide scientific foundation for diagnosis, differential diagnosis and treatment of the two diseases.Methods Twenty-six patients with schizoid disorder due to deep breath exercise (deep breath exercise group) and 59 patients with reactive schizoid disorder (reaction group) in our hospital from 1989 to 2006 were reviewed and compared in clinical characteristics.Results Both were caused by mental factors. Onset of the disease was related to mental factors, unhealthy characters and, family history. All psychiatric symptoms of schizophrenia which were impacted by mental stimulation can be found in both groups. And the same treatments, marked therapeutic effects as well as good prognosis were found in both groups. Visual hallucination, hearing hallucination, feeling of being controlled, delusion of physical influence and conduct disorder were more common in reaction group than in deep breath exercise group.Conclusion Similar factors, symptoms and treatments were found in deep breath exercise group (schizoid disorder due to deep breath exercise) and reaction group (reactive schizoid disorder). |
