| ［摘要］ 目的 为寻找一种取材方便、操作简单而行之有效的治疗磨牙纵裂或隐裂的方法，使之保留正常形态与功能。方法 通过对34例磨牙纵裂与隐裂者先粘结带环外固定，然后进行髓腔与根管治疗控制感染并行自攻螺纹根管桩配合光固化复合树脂充填进行内固定和恢复牙体形态及全冠修复等一系列处置以保留纵裂或隐裂磨牙。结果 34例34颗患牙，成功28颗，占82.35%；失败6颗，占17.65%。结论 只要治疗及时，措施得当，上述的系列治疗方法，可有效保留纵裂或隐裂磨牙，恢复咀嚼功能，维持牙列完整。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To find a convenient, easy and effective way to treat cracked molar or vertical fractured molar, so as to retain their normal shape and function. Methods To begin with, the teeth were fixed with appropriate band externally. Secondly, root canal therapy (RCT) were carried out to control the infection. Thirdly, self-threading pin were inserted into root canal, light-cured composite resin were filled to fixation, and then full crown were made to restore molar shape and function. Results Of 34 teeth, 28 cases were successful, which accounted for 82.35%. 6 cases were unsuccessful, which accounted for 17.65%. Conclusion As long as taking timely treatments, and adopting appropriate measures, the above-mentioned series of treatments would be effective to retain cracked molar or vertical fractured molar, meanwhile, to maintain denture integrity and to restore masticatory function. |
