摘要:
［摘要］　目的　评价超声引导徒手揉压治疗PCI术后假性动脉瘤的效果。方法　PCI术后股动脉假性动脉瘤8例，利用GE HEALTHCARE彩色多普勒超声诊断仪引导下揉压治疗。结果　8例假性动脉瘤全部一次性揉压治疗成功，治愈率100%（8/8），平均揉压时间10 min。结论　超声引导下揉压治疗PCI术后股动脉假性动脉瘤，是一种简单、有效、经济的方法。

Abstract:
［Abstract］　Objective　To evaluate the efficacy of ultrasound guided kneading and compression in the treatment of post-PCI femoral artery pseudoaneurysms. Methods　Eight patients with post-PCI femoral artery pseudoaneurysms underwent kneading and compression treatment with a convex probe GE HEALTHCARE. Results　All femoral artery pseudoaneurysms were successfully treated in one time, the average time of kneading and compression is ten minutes. Conclusion　Ultrasound guided kneading and compression treatment is a simple, effective, safe methods for the treatment of post-PCI femoral artery pseudoaneurysms.
