运动及优化饮食结构对糖尿病患者血糖的影响

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 探讨运动及优化饮食结构对糖尿病患者血糖的影响。方法 将165例已确诊2型糖尿病的患者随机分成药物加运动及优化饮食组和单纯药物治疗组,分别于治疗前和治疗后1、2、3、4个月进行空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖的测定。结果 药物加运动及优化饮食组治疗后空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖明显下降,与单纯药物治疗组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 药物加运动及优化饮食结构可同时降低空腹及餐后血糖,提示运动及现代饮食结构是糖尿病综合治疗的重要组成部分。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To explore the effects of sports and optimal dietary structure on blood glucose in diabetic patients.Methods One hundred and sixty-five cases with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups(drug plus sports and optimal dietary structure group and simple drug group). The fasting blood glucose and 2hours postprandial blood glucose before treatment and 1,2,3,4 months after treatment were determined.Results Compared with the simple drug group, the decrease in fasting blood glucose and 2 hour postprandial blood glucose after treatment in the drug plus sports and optimal dietary structure group was more obvious.There was significantly difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Spots and optimal dietary structure could simultaneously decresed the level of fasting blood-glucose and the 2hours postprandial blood glucose and both are the important parts in compositive treatment of diabetes.
