| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨在CT引导下臭氧治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法 对68例腰椎间盘突出症患者采用臭氧治疗，对其疗效进行分析总结。结果 术后随访3～18个月，根据改良Macnab标准，痊愈30例，显效20例，有效12例，无效6例，总有效率为91.1%。结论 在CT引导下臭氧治疗腰椎间盘突出症操作简单，安全，是一种有效的介入治疗方法。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the effect of CT-guided perataneous injection of ozone in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods Sixty-eight patients with lumbar disc herniation were treated with ozone therapy，their were efficacy analyzed.Results The patients were followed up for 3 to 18 months.On the basis of the modified Macnab criteria,cure was obtained in 30 cases,marked effect in 20 cases,effectiveness in 12cases,noect in 6 cases.The total effective rate was 91.1%.Conclusion CT-guided perutaneaus injection of ozone is an easy and safe method for the treat ment of lumbar disc herniation.It is an effective intervention treatment. |
