| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨深部静脉血栓的主要原因。方法 对2006～2009住院治疗的28例深静脉血栓病人的发病原因及治疗效果进行分析。结果 经采用抗血小板凝集、抗纤维蛋白形成，解除血栓高危因素等治疗，24例获愈，4例盆腔肿瘤者获缓解。结论 早期发现和及时治疗该症效果良好。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To evaluate the main causes of deep vein thrombosis. Methods From 2006 to 2009 the causes and treatment of 28 hospitalized patients with deep vein thrombosis were analyzed. Results Adopting such the methods as the use of anti-platelet aggregation, supporting the fibrin formation, the lifting risk factors for thrombosis and so on achieved better effect. Of them, 24 patients were cured, 4 patients with pelvic tumor obtained partial remission of vein throm bosis. Conclusion Early detection and treatment of deep vein thrombosis are important. |
