| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨非洛地平片与倍他乐克联用治疗老人高血压的疗效。方法 选取社区中心门诊老龄高血压患者119例随机分为观察组65例和对照组54例。观察组给予口服非洛地平片5 mg/d，1次/d；倍他乐克片25 mg/d。对照组单纯给予非洛地平片5 mg/d。两组疗程均为4周,然后评定临床疗效。结果 观察组总有效率为96.92%，与对照组总有效率88.89%比较，两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用非洛地平联合倍他乐克治疗老年原发性高血压比单纯使用非洛地平片的疗效好且副作用少。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the effect of felodipine tablets combined with metoprolol in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension.Methods One hundred and nineteen elderly patients with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups: observation group of 65 patients and control group of 54 patients. Observation group were given oral administration of felodipine tablets 5 mg/d, 1 time/d, metoprolol tablets 25 mg/d. The control group were given felodipine tablets 5 mg/d. The treatment course of both groups was 4 weeks. Both were observed and compared in the clinical efficacy.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 96.92%, compared with 88.89% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The felodipine combined with metoprolol in the treatment of elderly essential hypertension has a better efficacy and fewer side effects than pure felodipine tablets. |
