| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨甲型H1N1流感的临床特征和治疗特点。方法 对收治在传染科病房的25例H1N1流感病例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 25例患者中,发热持续4～40(20.76±10.8)h，其他主要症状为咳嗽、乏力、头昏、鼻塞；主要体征为咽部充血；实验室检查提示白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数减少，单核细胞比例增高，肌酸激酶明显增高，球蛋白降低等。所有患者经治疗后均于2 d内体温恢复正常，一周内达到出院标准。结论 新甲型H1N1流感病株毒力较弱，该组青年患者全身中毒症状较轻，常规中西医结合及对症处理均能控制。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the clinical manifestation and the characteristics of the treatment of the influenza A (H1N1).Methods Retrospective analysis was used to analyze the clinical data of 25 influenza A（H1N1）in patients in our hospital from October 29 to November 5 in 2009.Results These patients were all young man, with continued fever for 4 to 40 hours (mean 20.76±10.86 hours);other common symptoms included cough, asthenia, dizzy and nasal obstruction. Major physical sign was congestion of throat. Laboratory examination showed low counts of WBC and neutrophil granulocyte; high ratio of monocyte, significant high of creatine kinase counts and lower globular protein counts. The body temperature of the patients with fever returned to normal in 2 days after treatment, and met the discharged standard in a week.Conclusion The toxicity of influenza A (H1N1) is weak. The 25 cases in this study had mild general symptoms, and their disease condition were easy to be controlled through the used symptomatic treatment combined with integrated traditional chinese and western medicine. |
