| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨结肠癌并急性肠梗阻的外科处理方法。方法 总结分析49例结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻的治疗及预后。结果 Ⅰ期切除吻合38例，Ⅰ期切除近端造口6例，单结肠造口术 5 例。并发症切口感染5例，术后吻合口瘘3例，死亡2例。结论 重视围手术期处理，根据患者的具体情况选择手术方式十分重要。在条件允许的情况下，Ⅰ期切除吻合仍是安全可行的。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the surgical management of colon cancer complicated by acute intestinal obstruction.Methods The treatment of 49 cases of colon cancer complicated by acute intestinal obstruction was retrospectively analyzed.Results One stage resection and anastomosis were performed in 38 cases; One stage resection and the proximal colostomy 6 cases; Simple colostomy 5 cases. Wound infection were found in 5 cases;Postoperative anastomotic fistula 3 cases, and 2 cases died postoperatively.Conclusion Paying attention to the treatment of perioperative period and choosing surgical method according to the specific circumstances of the patients are very important. In the possible condition,one stage resection and anastomosis is still a viable safe method. |
