多层螺旋CT三维重建技术在颅面骨骨折诊断中的应用

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)三维(3D)及多平面重建(MPR)成像在颅面骨骨折中的应用价值。方法 对28例颅面骨骨折患者行螺旋CT薄层横断面扫描、MPR及表面遮盖法三维重建(SSD)。结果 螺旋CT三维图像对于显示骨折的位置、类型、范围、不规则骨折线的走行及骨折块移位的情况可提供更多信息。结论 多层螺旋CT的MPR结合3D成像对头颅颌面骨骨折的诊断治疗具有很高的临床应用价值。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the value of clinical application of the three dimensional (3D) and multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) with multislice spiral CT (MSCT) in skull and maxillofacial fracture.Methods Twenty-eight cases of facial fractures were examined with spiral CT and performed MPR,SSDreconstrucion in work-station.Results 3D(SSD) images provided the importment information for defining fracture location,type,scopte,and so on.Conclusion MSCT MPR imaging in combination with 3D imaging is of high value in diagnosis and treatment of skull and dmaxillofacial fracture.
