| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨心电图碎裂QRS波（fQRS）对急性心肌梗死（AMI）的诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析380例经冠状动脉造影确诊的冠心病患者，对比观察fQRS与病理性Q波在AMI的发生率、敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值和阴性预测值。结果 在AMI的诊断中，fQRS的敏感性略低于病理性Q波，而其特异性及阳性预测值均比病理性Q波高。结论 在有AMI诊断的其他证据时，fQRS可作为AMI诊断的心电图的一个新指标，且可考虑为非透壁性心肌梗死。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To research the value of fragmented QRS complex in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods Three hundred and eighty patients who were diagnosed as coronary heart disease through coronary angiography were analyzed retrospectively. Specially, the incidence rate, sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value in AMI between fQRS and Q-wave were compared.Results In diagnosis of AMI, sensitivity of fQRS was slightly lower than Q-wave′s. However, specificity and positive predictive value of fQRS were higher than Q-wave′s.Conclusion With other evidences for AMI diagnosis, fQRS also could be considered as a new indicator. Furthermore, it may be a signal of non-transmural myocardial infarction. |
