| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨传统的中医中药和西医手术治疗相结合方法治疗老年人股骨粗隆间骨折的治疗效果。方法 本组125例病人均进行西医手术治疗，并且在手术前后使用中药配合治疗。结果 本组125例中，术后随访半年以上者96例，功能评定优80例，良10例，差6例，优良率为93.8%。结论 老年人股骨粗隆间骨折采用西医手术治疗的同时在围手术期配合中药调理，治疗效果理想，且并发症少。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of the traditional Chinese medicine and western medical surgery in the treatment of elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture.Methods All the patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture in this study were treated by western medical surgery,and treated by traditional Chinese medicine before and after surgery.Results Among 125 patients in this study,96 patients were followed up over 6 months. The results of functional assessment showed the excellent results were obtained in 80 patients,good in 10 patients,and poor in 6 patients. The excellent and good rate was 93.8%.Conclusion Using western medical surgery combined with traditional Chinese medicine having the treating and conditioning effects during perioperative period in the treatment of elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture can obtain better therapeutic effects with less complications. |
