| ［摘要］ 随着关节镜技术及设备条件的提高，关节镜在髋关节疾病的诊断及治疗方面已得到了迅速发展。该文回顾复习近年的相关文献，总结关节镜诊断和治疗髋关节疾病（适应证、禁忌证、手术方法及并发症）方面的应用进展。关节镜手术具有创伤小、术后恢复快、并发症少及不妨碍再次手术的优点，必将在未来的髋关节外科中发挥越来越重要的作用。 |

| ［Abstract］ As the technique and instrumentation of hip arthroscopy improves, this procedure will become increasingly commonplace in the use of hip arthroscopy to diagnose and treat intra-articular pathology of the hip joint. This article provides a comprehensive overview of hip arthroscopy over the past 15 years, including indications, contraindication, operating procedure and complications. Hip arthroscopy provide a good way of hip joints with minimally invasive, short rehabilitation and few reported complications and does not hinder opportunities for future surgical interventions. Hip arthroscopy will play an important role increasingly in hip joint surgery. |
