| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨传统综合治疗前后近视性弱视儿童的近视屈光动态变化。方法 选择2007～2009年在广西视光中心弱视门诊行传统综合治疗的近视性弱视患者45例(82只眼)，前瞻性收集患者治疗前后的近视屈光度，并对治疗前后屈光动态按患者弱视程度、近视程度和疗效等特征进行分层分析。结果 (1)治疗后的球镜、柱镜和等效球镜高于治疗前(P<0.05)；球镜、等效球镜的年均变化为(0.49±1.09)D/年和(0.54±1.09)D/年；等效球镜年均增长在1.00 D以内（占91.5%）。(2)轻、中、重度弱视的球镜、柱镜和等效球镜动态变化差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)轻、中、高度近视程度的弱视眼球镜、柱镜和等效球镜动态变化差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(4)不同疗效的弱视眼屈光度动态变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 传统综合治疗对近视性弱视患者近视屈光度增长影响甚微，重度弱视程度的患者屈光动态变化低于轻、中度弱视患者。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the myopic diopter dynamic change of children with myopic amblyopia before and after the treatment of traditional comprehensive therapy.Methods Refractive diopter of the 45 children (82 eyes) with myopic amblyopia were prospectivly collected，which was selected from the amblyopia clinic of Guangxi visual science and optometry center between 2007 and 2009, and the myopic diopter dynamics before and after traditional comprehensive therapy were analyzed according to the degree of amblyopia, myopia and the curative effect.Results (1)The spherical and spherical equivalent (SE) of children with myopic amblyopia after traditional comprehensive treatment was higher than that before treatment (P<0.05); the annual average change of spherical and SE were (0.49±1.09)D/year and (0.54±1.09)D/year; the annual average growth of SE less than 1.00D accounted for 91.5%. (2)The dynamic changes of spherical or SE of light between moderate and severe amblyopia had the significant difference (P<0.05). (3)The dynamic changes of spherical, cylinder and SE between the mild, moderate and severe myopic amblyopia was no significant difference (P>0.05). (4)The dynamic changes of refractive diopter between different curative effects of amblyopia showed no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion The traditional comprehensive therapy was less effect on the myopia diopter dynamics of the myopic amblyopia, refractive change of severe amblyopia is lower than those of mild or moderate degree of amblyopia. |
