| ［摘要］ 目的 系统评价鹿瓜多肽注射液对四肢骨折的治疗效果。方法 计算机检索MEDLINE(1950～2010)、EMBASE(1974～2010)、COCHRANE图书馆临床试验资料库(2010年第4期)、中国生物医学文献数据库（1978～2010-03）、万方数据库（1982～2010-03）、中国期刊全文数据库（1979～2010），并手工检索相关领域的其他杂志。检索不受语种限制，时间截至2010-03。纳入的研究对象为四肢骨折的患者。纳入的研究为评价鹿瓜多肽注射液临床疗效的随机对照试验。用Revman 4.2.2软件进行Meta分析。结果 共纳入8个随机对照试验，包括1437例患者（其中男792例，女645例），Meta分析结果显示：鹿瓜多肽治疗组有效率为对照组的3.29倍［OR=3.29,95% CI(1.25～8.67),P=0.02<0.05］。除了3个研究未提及不良反应外，其余5个研究都未观察到不良反应，所有患者都未失访和中途退出研究。结论 初步验证了鹿瓜多肽对四肢骨折肯定的临床疗效，此药不良反应发生率低，相对较安全，是临床骨折患者促进骨折愈合的有效药物，但是有待多中心临床试验的进一步验证。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of cervus and cucumis polypeptide injection in treating fracture of extremities.Methods MEDLINE(1950 to 2010),EMBASE(1974 to 2010)，the Cochrane Library (Issue 4,2010) CBM（1978 to March 2010）,Wanfang database(1982 to March 2010),and CNKI(1979 to 2010) were searched.Some related journals were searched by manul operation as well.The search had no language limit and the deadline was March 2010.The subjects were the patients with fraction of extremities.The quality of included randomized controlled trials was evaluated and meta-analysis was conducted by the Cochrane collaboration′s software Revman 4.2.2.Results Eight studies involving 1437 patients (792Males,645Females) were included.It was revealed that the cervus and cucumis polypeptide injection had a positive effect in treating fracture of extremities(OR=3.29,95%CI 1.25 to 8.67,P=0.02<0.05). However,there was rare studies in demonstrating the certain type of fracture and the sample was rare, so the clinical effect of certain type of fracture cannot be analyzed. The reports on the side effect were found in 3 studies;The side effects were not found in other 5 studies, and no drop-out was recorded.Conclusion The preliminary studies has shown the positive clinical effect of cervus and cucumis polypeptide injection in treating fracture of extremities,the drug has low side-effect rate and high safety in using,but further study is needed. |
