| ［摘要］ 目的 观察玉屏风胶囊治疗131碘(131I)所致早发甲状腺功能减退症（甲减）的临床疗效。方法 选取131I所致早发甲减145例随机分为观察组和对照组：观察组83例以玉屏风胶囊+左旋甲状腺素钠片（优甲乐）治疗，对照组62例仅服用优甲乐片，均连服3个月，停药1个月后观察疗效。结果 观察组治愈率65.1%，好转率16.9%，总有效率81.9%，对照组治愈率51.6%，好转率11.3%，总有效率62.9%，观察组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论 玉屏风胶囊和优甲乐片联用治疗131I所致早发甲减较单用优甲乐片效果好。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To observe the clinical effects of yupingfeng capsule in the treatment of 131I odine (131I) induced early-onset hypothyroidism.Methods One hundred and forty-five cases of 131I induced early-onset hypothyroidism were separated randomly into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group (83 cases) was treated by yupingfeng capsule plus levothyroxine sodium tablets (euthyrox), the control group (62 cases) was treated by simple euthyrox tablets, all patients were treated for three months;the effects were observed 1 month after drug.Results In the treatment group,the curative rate was 65.1%, improvement rate was 16.9%, total effective rate was 81.9%.In the control group,the curative rate was 51.6%, improvement rate was 11.3%, total effective rate was 62.9%.The difference in total effective between two groups was statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of yupingfeng capsule plus euthyrox tablets in the treatment of 131I induced early-onset hypothyroidism is better than that of simple enthyrox tablets. |
