肾病综合征型妊娠期高血压疾病11例临床分析

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 探讨肾病综合征型妊娠期高血压疾病的临床特点及治疗方法。方法 对3年收治11例肾病综合征型妊娠期高血压患者(肾综组)与同期53例单纯的妊娠期高血压患者(对照组)进行对比分析,观察指标包括患者临床表现、治疗方法、并发症及预后、围产儿结局等。结果 肾病综合征型妊娠期高血压患者除具有妊娠期高血压疾病的特点外,还表现为大量蛋白尿(>3.5 g/24 h)、低蛋白血症(<30 g/L)、高度水肿及高脂血症,可出现严重并发症。治疗以综合治疗为主,并适时终止妊娠。结论 肾病综合征型妊娠期高血压患者病情严重,孕产妇及围产儿预后不佳,应以综合治疗为主,但适时终止妊娠是治疗的重要环节,可改善母婴预后。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical features and treatment method of nephrotic syndrome with pregnancy-induced hypertension. Methods The clinical data of 11 cases of nephrotic syndrome with pregnancy-induced hypertension (the group with renal syndrome) admitted to the hospital in the past three years, and 53 cases of pure pregnancy-induced hypertension patients (the control group) in the same period were retrospectively analyzed including the observed indicators such as clinical manitestation, treatment method, complications, prognosis and perinatal outcome.Results Nephrotic syndrome with pregnancy-induced hypertension had the feature of pregnancy induced hypertension,in addition the manifestations were massive proteinuria (>3.5 g/24 h), hypoalbuminemia (<30 g/L), severe edema and hyperlipidemia, serious complications can occur. The main treatment included comprehensive treatment, and timely termination of pregnancy. Conclusion The diseaser condition of nephrotic syndrome with pregnancy-induced hypertension is severe, the prognosis of mother and infant is poor. For their treatment,the comprehensive treatment is main, but the timely termination of pregnancy is an important part of treatment, which can improve the prognosis of mother and infant.
