| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨地特胰岛素与胰岛素泵治疗不能正常进食状态的2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效。方法 将45例不能正常进食的2型糖尿病患者分为两组，一组采用地特胰岛素皮下注射降糖治疗，另一组采用胰岛素泵给予基础降糖治疗，比较治疗后两组控制血糖时间、胰岛素用量、空腹血糖、随机血糖、低血糖发生率、降低血糖费用等。结果 地特胰岛素组在胰岛素用量、空腹血糖、随机血糖、低血糖发生率、控制血糖时间等方面与胰岛素泵组比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），而在降低血糖费用上地特胰岛素组显著低于胰岛素泵组（P<0.05）。结论 2型糖尿病患者合并不能正常进食时应用地特胰岛素治疗其疗效与应用胰岛素泵治疗疗效接近，但治疗费用明显低于胰岛素泵。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To compare the efficacy of insulin detemir and insulin pump in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who can not to eat normally.Methods Forty-five eligible patients were divided into two groups(insulin detemir group and insulin pump group), and were given insulin detemir and insulin pump to control blood sugar, respectively. The time to control blood sugar, the dose of insulin, random blood glucose, the incidence of low blood sugar and the cost were compared after treatment.Results There are no significantly difference between insulin detemir group and insulin pump group in the dose of insulin, the time to control blood sugar, random blood glucose and the incidence of low blood sugar (P>0.05). The average cost of insulin detemir group was significantly lower than that of insulin pump group（P<0.05）.Conclusion In patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who can not to eat normally, the efficacy of insulin detemir was nearly equal to that of insulin pump. However, the cost was significantly lower than insulin pump. |
