摘要:
［摘要］　腹腔镜手术主要是利用CO2气体来制造手术操作空间。由于CO2气腹存在一定的并发症及对人体的不良影响，人们研制了各种免气膜手术器械。该文就CO2气腹对人体的影响、腹腔镜免气腹技术的优缺点及其研究进展做一综述。

Abstract:
［Abstract］　The operative space is established mainly by CO2 insufflation in laparoscopic surgery. CO2 insufflation may cause some complications and bad influences on human body. As a result, people invented all kinds of gasless device. In this paper, the influences of CO2 insufflation on human body, the advantages and disadvantages of gasless methods and its development in laparoscopic surgery were reviewed.
