| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨不同FT3水平对碘转换率的影响。方法 分别测定438名毒性弥漫性甲状腺肿（Graves病）患者的FT3与3 h及24 h摄碘率水平,根据不同的FT3水平及碘转换率水平将患者分为三个组、四个等级，进行比较。结果 不同FT3水平Graves病患者的碘转换率等级差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在Graves病患者中，不同FT3水平对碘转换率大小的影响不同，FT3水平的高低可以作为估计碘转换率大小的一个指标。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the effect of different levels of serum FT3 concentration on the turnover rate of radioiodine.Methods The serum concentration of FT3 and the uptake of radioiodine at 3 h and 24 h in 438 Graves hyperthyroidism patients were mesured.All the patients were divided into three groups by different FT3 levels and classified into four degrees by different levels of the turnover rate of radioiodine.Results The turnover rate of radioiodine showed statistically significant between the three groups（P<0.05）.Conclusion Different levels of serum FT3 concentration have different effect on the turnover rate of radioiodine,the levels of serum FT3 concentration can be used for estimating the level of the turnover rate of radioiodine. |
