| ［摘要］ 目的 分析肾上腺肿瘤的CT表现及特征，以提高诊断水平。方法 回顾性分析经手术病理证实和随访证实的各类肾上腺肿瘤53例，分析其CT征象。结果 53例中，皮质腺瘤23例，多数较小，密度低而均匀，强化轻；嗜铬细胞瘤8例，肿块较大，密度不均匀，强化明显；皮质腺癌5例，为>7.3 cm的肿物，密度不均匀；转移瘤12例，表现多样，肿块大小不等，密度不均匀；髓质脂肪瘤4例，低密度的脂肪密度区是其特征性CT表现；平滑肌瘤1例，定性诊断较难。结论 综合分析肾上腺肿瘤的各种CT征象，结合临床表现及生化检查多数能作出正确的诊断。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To evaluate the CT features of adrenal tumors so as to improve the accuracy of diagnosis. Methods CT findings of 53 patients with various adrenal tumors proved by pathological examination and follow up were rotrospetively analyzed. Results Of 53 cases，23 adenomas tumors were small，low and homogeneous density with slight enhancement； 8 pheochromocytomas were large, inhomogeneous in density and enhanced markedly after contrast administion；5 adenocarcinomas were larger than 7.3 cm in the diameter of the tumor with inhomogeneous in density； 12 metastasis were different in size and inhomogeneous in density； 4 myelolipomas presented low density area of fat contents. One leiomyoma was very difficult for its qualitative diagnosis. Conclusion Most of adrenal tumors can be correctly diagnosed by comprehensive analysis of CT features and a combinaion of clinical sign with laboratory data. |
