| ［摘要］ 目的 了解脑血管意外患者医院感染情况，以便有效地采取预防医院感染措施。 方法 对2010-01～2010-12住院的751例脑血管意外患者进行医院感染调查分析。 结果 发生医院感染54例次，医院感染率为7.19%。其中下呼吸道感染最多为20例次，占37.03%；上呼吸道感染12例次，占22.22%；泌尿道感染9例次，占16.67%；口腔感染8例次，占14.82%；胃肠道感染3例次，占5.56%；其他感染2例次，占3.70%。结论 应加强脑血管意外住院患者的基础护理，合理使用抗菌药，预防医院感染的发生。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the condition of nosocomial infection in patients with cerebrovascular accident in order to take precautionary measures to prevent nosocomial infections.Methods The condition of nosocomial infections in 751 hospitalized patients with cerebrovascular accidents from January 2010 to December 2010 were retrospectively analgzed.Results There were 54 case-times of nosocomial infection in 751 patrents and infection rate was 7.19%, of which the lower respiratory nosocomial infections ranked in the first position. There were 20 case-times,accounted for 37.03%. There were 12 case-times of upper respiratory nosocomial infections, accounted for 22.22%. There were 9 case-times of urinary infections, accounted for 16.67%. There were 8 case-times of oral infections, accounted for 14.82%. There were 3 case-times of gastrointestinal infections, accounted for 5.56%.There were 2 case-times of other infections, accounted for 3.70%.Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the basic nursing on patients with cerebral vascular accident, and rationally use antibterial drugs to prevent the occurrence of nosocomial infections. |
