| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨发育性髋脱位术后并发股骨头缺血性坏死的相关因素。方法 选取1998-01～2010-10采用多种手术方法治疗发育性髋脱位132例（137髋），对出现股骨头缺血性坏死的29例（32髋）进行回顾性分析。结果 发育性髋脱位106例（118髋）获随访，平均随访时间38个月，依据Salter评定标准，共有29例(32髋)并发股骨头缺血性坏死，发生率为27.1%。结论 手术治疗发育性髋脱位不能完全避免股骨头缺血性坏死发生。发育性髋脱位术后并发股骨头缺血性坏死与手术介入、患者年龄、股骨头脱位程度等多种因素密切相关。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the related factors of avascular necrosis of femoral head (AVNFH) after surgical treatment of developmental dislocation of the hip(DDH).Methods The clinical data of 132 patients(including 137 hips)with DDH treated by various surgical methods from January 1998 to October 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. After surgical treatment, AVNFH were found in 29 patients(including 32 hips).Results After surgical treatment,106 patients(including 118 hips) with DDH were followed up for 38 months on average.According to the Salter evaluation standard, 29 patients (including 32 hips) were complicated by AVNFH after surgical treatment.The incidence of AVNFH was 27.1%.Conclusion Surgical treatment can not completely avoid the occurrence of AVNFH. The occurrence of AVNFH after surgical treatment is closely related to many factors such as surgical intervention, patients′ age, the degree of head dislocation and so on. |
