| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨颅骨缺损修补术后并发症的防治方法。方法 对2000-02～2010-12施行的43例颅骨缺损修补术患者术后并发症的情况进行回顾性分析。结果 29例采用钛网修补，出现并发症2例；3例施行自体颅骨修补，出现并发症1例；11例用硅胶修补，出现并发症3例。结论 应严格掌握颅骨缺损修补术的手术适应证与禁忌证，合理选择修补材料，以减少术后并发症的发生，提高治疗的成功率。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the methods of prevention and treatment of complications after repair of skull defects.Methods The occurrence of postoperative complications in 43 patients with skull defects undergoing repair of skull defects in our hospital from Februay 2000 to December 2010 were retrospectively analyzed.Results In 29 patients with skull defects repaired with titanium mesh, the postoperative complications were found in 2 patients; in 3 patients with skull defects repaired with autogenous skull bone, the postoperative complications was found in 1 patievt; in 11 patients with skull defects repaired with silica gel, the postoperafive complications were found in 3 patients.Conclusion In order to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve the success rate of treatment, it is necessary to strictly master the indications and contraindications of repair of skull defects and reasonably choose the repair materials. |
