| ［摘要］ 目的 总结细针穿刺细胞学检查中常见的问题，分析问题出现的原因，寻找解决问题的方法。 方法 回顾性分析广西壮族自治区人民医院及钦州市第二人民医院2005-05～2010-09体表肿物细针穿刺细胞学检查3 300例患者的临床资料、细胞涂片、细胞学检查、病理组织学检查等相关资料。 结果 穿刺失败38例，涂片质量不合格19例，误诊10例，漏诊（假阴性）37例，晕针5例，针口红肿或血肿形成3例。结论 细针穿刺细胞学检查中时常出现许多问题，但只要采取适当的解决方法及补救措施，完全有可能把出现的问题降低到最低限度。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To conclude common issues in fine needle aspiration cytological examination and the factors that might cause the issue as well as solution.Methods The clinical data, cell smear, and data of cytology and histopathology of 3,300 cases of superficial tumor in Guangxi People′s Hospital and Qinzhou 2nd People′s Hospital were retrospctirely analyzed from May 2005 to September 2010.Results Puncture failure were found in 38 cases, poor smear quality in 19 cases, misdiagnosis in 10 cases, missed diagnosis (false negative) in 37 cases, needle syncope in 5 cases, swelling pin hole or hematoma in 3 cases.Conclusion There might be some issues in the fine needle aspiration cytology, but the negative influence can be minimized by taking proper solutions and remedial measures. |
