| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨一种安全有效、毒副反应小、镇痛效果好的终止早孕的麻醉方法。方法 自愿参加该项工作项目的早孕妇女90例，实行无痛人工流产术。结果 镇痛效果满意，宫颈松弛良好，生命体征平稳，人工流产综合征发生率低。结论 异丙酚、舒芬太尼在人工流产术中应用具有安全可靠、操作简单、镇痛效果确切等优点，是一种较好的、可广泛应用的镇痛方法。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore an anesthesia method of safety, effective, small side-effects and good analgesic effects for termination of early pregnancies. Methods Induced abortions were performed in ninety voluntary women in early pregnancies. Results The analgesia was satisfaction, cervix relaxation was good, vital signs were stable and with a low incidence of abortion syndrome. Conclusion Propofol combined with sufentanil in induced abortions is a safe, reliable, simple, and analgesic effect exact method, which can be widely used in clinical practices. |
