| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨小切口手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的技术方法及临床疗效。方法 对106例腰椎间盘突出症患者采用腰背正中小切口，在椎板间开窗行腰椎间盘髓核摘除，同时对神经根、侧隐窝进行潜行减压以及神经根松解。结果 106例患者中随访95例，随访时间6～23个月。按Nakai疗效标准，优83例，良8例，可4例，优良率占95.8%。结论 小切口椎板间开窗加潜行减压治疗腰椎间盘突出症创伤小、疗效确切，值得推广应用。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To study the effects of treatment of lumbar disc herniation by smallincision surgery.Methods One hundred and six patients with lumbar disc herniation were treated by removal of nucleus pulposus of smallincisional fenestration,undercutting laminectomy and neurolysis of nerve roots.Results Ninety -five patients were followed up for 6～23 months.The good and excellent rate of the operation was 95.8%.Excellent effect was found in 83 patients，good in 8,fair in 4.Conclusion The effects of lumbar disc herniation treated by smallincisionl fenestration and undercutting laminectomy is confirmed with little trauma and the method have the value for expansion and application. |
