| ［摘要］ 目的 调查分析Ⅰ类切口手术围手术期抗菌药物应用情况。方法 选出住院Ⅰ类切口手术病历179份（例），并对其围手术期抗菌药物的选择、用药时间、疗程、用法用量和联合用药等方面的合理性进行分析。结果 Ⅰ类切口手术不合理使用抗菌药物的病历共67份（例），占抽查病历的37.4%，其中，选药不合理占13.4%，用药时间不准确占12.3%，病程记录不完整占7.8%，用法用量不合理占2.8%，联合用药不合理占1.1%。结论 Ⅰ类切口围手术期抗菌药物预防应用仍存在一些不合理现象，需继续加强管理。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the status of prophylactic use of antimicrobials for type Ⅰ incision operation in perioperative period.Methods Use of antimicrobials of 179 patients received type Ⅰ incision operation sampled randomly was investigated in respect of the choice of drugs，dosage and administration，medication time，course of treatment，and drug combination ect.Results In 179 patients, irrational use of antimicrobials were found in 67 cases, accounted for 37.4%；of which，the irrational choice of drugs accounted for 13.4%， the irrational medication time accounted for 12.3%，incomplete progress note accounted for 7.8%，irrational dosage and administration accounted for 2.8%，irrational drug combination accounted for 1.1%.Conclusion Prophylactic use of antimicrobials for type Ⅰ incision operation in perioperative period is improved in our hospital. But it is necessary to further strengthen the management of antimicrobials. |
