| ［摘要］ 目的 观察甘羟铝片联合四联药物(质子泵抑制剂、枸橼酸铋钾、呋喃唑酮、阿莫西林)治疗复发性消化性溃疡的疗效。方法 选取复发性消化性溃疡患者84例,随机分治疗组和对照组,分别给予甘羟铝片联合四联疗法或以四联疗法治疗,总疗程均为14 d。结果 疗程结束时,治疗组总有效率为97.6%,对照组总有效率为88.1%,两组疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但是治疗组症状完全缓解天数少于对照组(P<0.05)。两组幽门螺杆菌转阴率和溃疡愈合率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 以甘羟铝片联合四联疗法与以四联疗法治疗复发性消化性溃疡均安全、有效,但是以甘羟铝片联合四联疗法缓解症状更快,依从性更好,是治疗复发性消化性溃疡较好的方案。 |

| Efficacy of gan hydroxyl aluminum combined with quadruple drug therapy in recurrent peptic ulcer |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To observe efficacy of gan aluminum hydroxyl combined with quadruple therapy (proton pump inhibitor, bismuth potassium citrate, furazolidone and amoxicillin) in the treatment of recurrent peptic ulcer. Methods Eighty-four patients with recurrent peptic ulcer were randomly divided into treatment and control groups who were willing to receive the gan hydroxyl aluminum combined with quadruple therapy or quadruple therapy respectively, the total course of treatment was 14 days. Results In the end of treatment, the total effective rate was 97. 6% in the treatment group, the total effective rate was 88. 4% in control group. There is no statistically significant difference between two groups (P>0. 05), but in the treatment group, the number of days of symptoms resolved was less than the control group (P<0. 05). In negative rates of both Helicobacter pylori and ulcer healing rates there were no significant differences between two groups (P>0. 05). Conclusion The gan hydroxyl aluminum combined with quadruple therapy and quadruple therapy in the treatment of recurrent peptic ulcer are safe and effective, but the gan hydroxyl aluminum combined with quadruple therapy is faster in relieving symptoms, and has better compliance. It is a better solution for treating recurrent peptic ulcer. |
