| ［摘要］ 胆囊癌是胆道最常见的恶性病变，其起病隐匿，恶性程度高，预后差。凋亡抑制基因Survivin是凋亡抑制蛋白家族成员之一，具有独特的生物学行为，其在细胞凋亡、增殖及细胞周期的调控中发挥着重要作用。Survivin基因的过表达与胆囊癌的发病密切相关，其表达可作为判断胆囊癌生物学行为和预后的有效指标之一。该文对有关Survivin基因的分子生物学特性，包括其基本结构、组织分布与抗凋亡作用及其在胆囊癌中的异常表达的临床意义的新认识作一综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ The carcinoma of gallbladder (CG) is the most common malignant tumor in bile duct, its pathogenesis is hide； malignant degree is high ； prognosis is disappointment. Survivin is a member of the inhitor of apoptosis protein family, it has specific biological behaviors which play a important role in apoptosis and proliferation of cell and exert regulation effect on cell cycle.The excessive expression of Survivin gene has close relationship with clinic significance and carcinogenesis of CG，its expression might become one of efficient target of judging the biological behavior and prognosis of CG. The article provides a brief review of clinic new recognition about characteristics of molecalar biology of Survivin including basic structure, distribution and anti-apoptosis function and clinic significance of its abundantly expressed in CG. |
