重硅油眼内填充治疗未见裂孔的视网膜脱离临床疗效评价

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 评价重硅油眼内填充治疗未见裂孔的视网膜脱离的临床疗效。方法 对未见裂孔的视网膜脱离患者7例(7眼)行玻璃体切割联合玻璃体腔重硅油(Oxane HD)填充术。结果 术后随访89~248 d,均未发现视网膜再次脱离;2例患者视力提高,2例视力不变,3例视力下降。术后5例眼压异常,其中2例患者眼压低于10 mmHg,3例患者眼压高于21 mmHg;2例患者发现少量前房重硅油浮游。未发现并发性白内障、重硅油乳化、严重的前房炎症反应等与硅油相关的其他并发症。结论 对非裂孔源性视网膜脱离行玻璃体切割联合玻璃体腔重硅油填充术,可获得满意的视网膜复位效果,并发症发生率也较低,可提高患者的舒适性。

Clinical effect in the treatment of retinal detachment without holes with a heavy silicon oil as temporary tamponade

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To assess the clinical efficacy of a heavy silicon oil as temporary internal tamponade in the treatment of retinal detachment without holes.Methods Vitrectomy combined with intravitreal heavy silicone oil tamponade (Oxane HD)was performed in 7 eyes of 7 patients with diagnosed retinal detachment without holes.Results The recurrence of retinal detachment was not be found in all 7 cases followed up for 89~248 days. Two cases showed improvement in visual acuity, 2 cases remained visual acuity and 3 cases showed visual acuity decreased after the surgery. After surgery intraocular pressure was abnormal in 5 cases, included 2 case lower than 10 mmHg and 3 cases higher than 21 mmHg. Tamponade was found in the anterior chamber in 2 case. No complicated cataract, silicon oil emulsification or excessive postoperative inflammation in anterior chamber were found in the follow-up period.Conclusion Treating the retinal detachment without holes with vitrectomy combined with intravitreal heavy silicone oil tamponade could secure a satisfactory rate of retinal reattachment, whereas the incidence of complications is low and the comfortability of patients is improved.
