| ［摘要］ 目的 观察贺氏针灸三通法治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法 将103例患者随机分为三通法组（53例）和西药组（50例），分别采用贺氏针灸三通法和西药治疗。结果 三通法组总有效率为100.0%，痊愈率为81.1%。西药组总有效率为82.0%,痊愈率为56.0%。贺氏针灸三通法组疗效优于西药组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 贺氏针灸三通法治疗带状疱疹具有疗效显著、止痛结痂快、疗程短、后遗神经痛发生率低等优点。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To observe the curative effect of He′s three promotions of acu-moxibustion in treating herpes zoster.Methods One hundred and three patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into two groups.In which 40 patients in treatment group were treated with He′s three promotions of acu-moxibustion while 50 patients in control group were treated with western medicine.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 100.0% and the cure rate was 81.1 %, while the total effective rate of the control group was 82.0% and the cure rate was 56.0%.There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion He′s three promotions of acu-moxibustion in the treatment of herpes zoster has advantages of obvious effect, faster pain relieving and incrustation, shorter couse of treatment and lower incidence of the postherpetic neuralgia and so on. |
