| ［摘要］ 目的 观察口服自拟通便解郁汤配合多塞平治疗以肛周不适为主诉的抑郁性神经症的临床效果。方法 对60例以肛周不适为主诉的抑郁性神经症患者随机分为治疗组（32例）和对照组（28例），治疗组口服自拟通便解郁汤（1剂/d）并配合多塞平25 mg，每晚1次。对照组单纯口服多塞平（每晚睡前服，50 mg）。两组均治疗1个疗程（3个月），对比观察两组疗效。结果 治疗组痊愈20例（62.5%），显效12例（37.5%）；对照组痊愈6例（21.43%），显效6例（21.43%），有效16例（57.14%）。两组愈显率比较，差异有统计学意义(Zc=4.5279，P<0.05)。结论 通便解郁汤配合多塞平治疗以肛周不适为主诉的抑郁性神经症有良好的临床疗效。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To observe the effect of taking purgative jieyu soup in treating patients with depressive neurosis with perianal discomfort as the chief complaint.Methods Sixty patients with depressive neurosis with perianal discomfort as the chief complaint randomly divided into treatment group (n=32) and control group (n=28).The treatment group took purgative jieyu soup combined with doxepin,control group took doxepin.Results There were 20 patients (62.5%) being cured and 12 patients (37.5%)with excellent effect in the treatment group；There were 6 patients (21.43%) being cured, 6 patients (21.43%) with excellent effect, 16 patients (57.14%) with effertive effect in the control group. The difference in cured and excellent effective rate between two groups have statistical significance(Zc=4.5279, P<0.05). Conclusion Purgative jieyu soup has good curative effect in the treatment of the patients with depressive neurosis with perianal discomfort as the chief complaint. |
