| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨持续负压引流（VSD）对慢性骨髓炎的治疗效果。方法 收治的慢性骨髓炎合并有慢性溃疡的患者共23例，均采用溃疡清创后，使用VSD治疗，待创面清洁、肉芽组织生长良好后，12例直接缝合，8例植皮封闭创面，3例经邻位皮瓣转移封闭创面。结果 VSD平均吸引15 d，平均更换VSD 2.5次。创面渗液均明显减少，且创面面积均有不同程度的缩小。经二期手术后治愈，随访6～29个月，无复发。结论 VSD治疗对慢性骨髓炎具有引流充分、缩小创面、促进肉芽组织生长、降低复发率等优点，疗效确切。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of continuous vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) in managing chronic osteomyelitis.Methods Twenty-three patients with chronic osteomyelitis and chronic ulcers were treated in our hospital.After the ulcer was completely debrided, they were treated with VSD. When the wound surface was clear, the granulation tissue grew well and conditions permitted, the wounds in 12 patients were directly sutured, and the wounds in 8 patients were closed by skin graft, the wounds in 3 patients were closed by vicinal skin flap.Results The exudates and the area of the wounds were both decreased after VSD procedure were used, for an average of 15 days and VSD were replaced for average of 2.5 times. After the second surgery, the disease cured. All patients were followed up for six to twenty-nine months, no recurrence was found.Conclusion VSD in the treatment of chronic osteomyelitis has advantages of sufficient drainage, reducing wound area, promoting granulation tissue growth and reducing the recurrence rate and so on. Its therapeutic efficacy is exact. |
